What is your return policy?
You may return your product(s) within 7 days after your receipt of the product. We charge a 15% re-stocking on return products. Item(s) must be returned in resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories and accompanying literature. If we receive your product(s) without the accompanying accessories and documentation, you will not get a refund or in store credit. Returns and exchanges are excluded from the restocking fee due to product damage.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Any DV tape, software, video game, or cassette tape that has been opened (i.e. taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any DVD and CD media that has been custom printed by customers on the surface of the media.
- Any DVD or CD samplers.
- Any photo papers that has been printed or used.

What is your return policy on purchases receiving quantity discounts?
You may return items for which you received a quantity (either by volume or dollar amount) discount in accordance with our regular Return Policy. Please note: If by returning an item your original purchase is no longer eligible for the quantity discount, the discount received will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference.

How long does it need to take to get my refund?
It takes within 14 days upon we receive your item(s) and it depends on the payment method you choose. For payment using credit card, the credit is applied at the time of the return and usually posts to the credit card within 1 to 3 business days. All refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number. For payment using bank wire transfer, it takes up to 14 business days for mailing back a check or money order.

Do I need to refund for a free gift?
You may return items for which you received a free gift. Please note that you must also return the free gift in order to receive a full refund. If you are unable to do so, the value of the free gift will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference. The value of the free gift is based on the price it was regularly sold for on the date of your original purchase.

Return Procedure?
Please follow these procedures as listed below:
- Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
- Please email us for RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and shipping address before you ship the product to us. Without the RMA number, we will not accept the return. You need to pay the shipping charge to have the product shipped back to you.
Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Also, please send a copy of your invoice with the RMA number written on it.
- You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
- Returns of gift with purchase items, quantity discounts and bundle purchases have specific guidelines for what your return price will be.
