Having problems when placing an order
If you are having problems during ordering, we would like to help. Please let us know the following information:
- Operating System (e.g. Windows, MacOS, etc)
- Type of Browser (e.g. Netscape, Internet Explorer, Firefox...etc)
- When did the problem occur?
Please include any error messages that appeared in your screen. This allows us to solve the problem you may have encountered.

I only received part of my order
Normally, we ship your entire order at the same time. In some rare cases, as an item goes out of stock after you placed an order or the item is oversized, we might have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, you will not be charged for any additional shipping costs.

How do we handle BackOrdered Item(s)?
Sometimes, if you have placed an order but an item may be backordered. Warehouse123.com will first attempt to ship those backordered item(s) within 14 business days. After this period of time, if the item(s) is still in backordered status, we will notify you by email and simply cancel your order. You may also cancel your backorder item if you would like to.

International Customers
We ship international to most of the countries. You may be
able to select your country in the order page (right before the
check-out page). For international payments, we only accept
Credit Cards / Debit Cards or Bank Wire Transfer.
If you need to pay by Bank Wire Transfer, you may need to contact
us in advance.
We ship FedEx International or Worldwide AirMail to our customers
around the world. Shipping Days or Shipping Rates are based on
the shipping method you choose and where you are located.
All items we sold come with standard warranty / international warranty.
